Stop calling your self names,don't beat yourself up, you know u messed up
and that is half the battle so wipe off yr mouth, get to the store and
stock yr kitchen ready with lots of lovely fresh fruits, veggies, salads and
the rest of what you need. Oh and get yr socks and shoes dusted off so u can
start walking, even if it is only 5 minutes a day to start, you have to
start somewhere or you will end up in the same place.
Tomorrow is Independence Day, think about declaring your own Independence
from the struggle with addictive processed crap foods and unhealthy habits.
We are here to help ya get thru to the real YOU. take the time daily to
be as kind to yourself as you are to others.

Begin today...don't make excuses.... fall off no biggie....stay off then it is a
biggie!!! It is a process of trial and error...what will work and what won't
work for you. Most important is you keep trying, don't set your expectation
beyond what is reasonable and forgive yourself when you drop the ball. Pick it
back up and kick the crap out of it!!!
