I think the counting thing is what keeps getting me with other diets.
Either I'm counting calories, points, carbs, fat, on and on. The
counting controls me and I can't control it, so I think that's why I
can't do it. I'm too obsessive about things. That is what I've learned
from fat smashing. I think I learned a valuable lesson this week.
FS'ing is working where no other plan has. For that, I'm very thankful
to Dr. Ian and this group for it's continued support.
