Man, Im pathetic.
I cant seem to stick to any weight loss program. Kicking around this one once
again.
Will make an honest effort to begin after the holiday.
I will be 50 this year, and ya know I want to be thinner. Is it reasonable to be
thinner by Sept? I need a pep talk.
