I would have never believed it if I hadn't expierenced it for myself. I lost 10
1/2 pounds in the first 9 days. It was tough at times but I did weigh every day
(I know you're not suppose too!) and it kept me motivated. I didn't exercise as
much as I should have but I'm going to start walking with a friend on Monday.
Well, onto phase 2. Goodluck to everyone overy the holidays and have a happy
