Good luck with your restart, I'm sure you will do well.
Sugar free jello is allowed in 1/2 cup portion sizes. Reasoning, you
are allowed only 1 tbsp of Artificial sweetener per day and though the
jello is sugar free, it isn't artificial sugar free. Dr. Ian
recommended you hold off until Phase II if at all possible but a small
amount isn't going to do much damage.
Just remember, Phase I is detox phase. You are trying to rid your body
of all the toxins built up in your body. The closest you can eat to
fresh fruit and veggies, the better your body will respond. Try to
stay away from any processed, artificial sweetened products. Try Steel
cut or long cooking oats for more fiber and hunger satisfaction.
