My sis n law and I are both on a diet to lose our pregnancy weight and
hopefully a little more. We sat down this morning and tuned into the
biggest loser. I didn't think I would enjoy the show as much as I did.
It was very inspiring. I even jumped on my eliptical and watched while
I worked out. I couldn't believe these average people were losing so
much weight. I also did pick up that they do workouts twice a day. Has
anyone else considered twice a day workouts? I'm going to try it and
see what kind of results I get. This will be a shock but I want to lose
weight for a family reunion that is coming at the end of March.
