We don't eat pork and I have been looking all around for turkey pepperoni
and could not find it. Where did you get if from Apryl?

Now that we are on phase 4 we use low carb soft shell burrito/taco and put
no salt added tomato paste, pineapple (no sugar added in own juice kind)
low-fat mozzarella cheese, turkey pepporoni and pop them in the oven for
about 8 to 10 minutes at about 350 ish. (till cheese melts and crust is
crisp to your liking) Good and not a lot of calories! You can come up
with other toppings that would be ok too I am sure. Lots of veggies!!
Makes a thin crust great pizza!

I can't help with the Pizza though I'd guess it would depend more
on the
thickness of the crust than anything. Thinner crusts I'd say 2 slices
of 14-16" pizza but for a thick crust I would say 2 slices of a 10-12"
pizza. But that's just a best guess, based on what I know of the
calorie content in a slice of pizza. Of course, those are totally
devoid of fatty toppings like pepperoni or sausage. I can't imagine
those would ever be ok to consume. At least they aren't for me.
The proper portion size of any potato is something the size of your fist.

great find for me so I'm sharing it with all of you.
