We support a healthy lifestyle including good food choices and regular exercise but we acknowledge that individuals can be healthy at ANY size, that the "obesity threat" is basically a media myth to sell a diet and fat individuals who exercise live 40 percent longer than slim people who do not exercise.  We celebrate our beauty at whatever size our genetics make us. We do not encourage dieting of any kind because we feel it is ineffective and unhealthy.
