oh, I see! I wonder what would happen if you only ate the greens / veg you can
tolerate for a week - just those foods alone - I imagine getting those nutrients
into your cells quickly would heal you faster. If you need more info do a
search on Dan McDonald (liferegenerator) on youtube. He's helped so many people
with these kinds of things. Best wishes to you! Keep us posted! XO

eating the pollen.

so I avoid lemons, lime, and grapefruit too. I've been drinking two drinks with
frozen cranberries and cucumbers and various fruits. I eat chard and mustard
greens I haven't bought kale though in awhile. Most of my veggies have to be
cooked or I get sick to my stomach or get the severe pain. My fruit has to be
frozen, or peeled or frozen. Cooking, freezing, and peeling changes the protein
chains or removes them.

by drinking green juices. I know it isn't everyone's cup of tea but when I am
ill or having severe allergic skin reactions I drink juices made from celery,
cucumber, carrot, ginger and lemon. I also mix it up with kale, chard, etc.
