Whether it's big steps or baby steps, as long as you take the steps,
you'll get there. Balance is key to a healthy diet, and we encourage
everyone on the Fast-5 diet to make healthy choices. Many Fast-fivers
find it is easier to concentrate their meal planning on one good
healthy meal than it was to consider a typical eating schedule, so they
wind up making healthier choices overall.
Fast-5 typically kicks in more quickly for men than women, and works
faster, so don't be surprised if you see this happen.
