Yes, we eat during a certain time of the day. My family eats between
5-10pm. The real important thing is to be consistant and to fast 19
hours. I think the real difference about this diet is the simplicity.
The book is great. It is the primary information source on how, and
why. I will have been on this program for almost a year now (October
1). I have not changed my weight since March when I reached my target
size. But, I will never go back to eating any time during the day. I
feel good, and I have constant energy. My whole family is eating this
way, even my teenagers, by their choice. I don't feel deprived at
