hi, i,m donna. i was reading about this and i think i understand it..
basically you eat in a 5 hour period in the day. ?? i was on programs
such has this, i was on weigh down and lords table.. but i stopped
doing them,, i became weak in myself.. not phyically but mentally,,
the old habits returned.. i know that weight will come off if we
simply eat during physical hunger n not mental hunger/ and stop eating
when full.. are there certain times a day you guys are choosing to
eat /// thxs donna does the book instruct it or what ? any info is
