Hello, fellow Fast-5ers.
I wanted to offer an update as we plan to embark on a pivotal phase
of the Fast-5 Diet and Lifestyle promotion. I am preparing to travel
with my Mom (another Fast-5er)to California to meet Gary Long. I am
scheduled to leave Jacksonville on the 10th of August and hopefully
arrive in California a couple of days later. I will then begin to
walk with Gary on his trek back to St. Louis. If you look at his
website (afatmansjourney.com), you can see what he has been up to.
He is walking to lose weight and to bring national attention to the
obesity problem in the country. I am joining him to demonstrate that
this is not just an overweight person's problem, but instead is the
problem of every citizen in the nation. I also am joining him
because he has captured a national platform and has generously
agreed to share that platform so that Fast-5, LLC can more
efficiently share the information of the tool that the Fast-5
lifestyle provides. I have committed to walking with him for a
minimum of 8 weeks, but more likely will continue through the end of
October. It is my hope that I can continue to walk with him until he
returns to St Louis and walks again across the St Louis Arch at 178
lbs.
The natural merge of Gary's agenda and the Fast-5 agenda has
progressed as if it were an outcome of grand design. He is inspiring
countless people nationally to try to lose weight and I will inform
those same people of the remarkable tool that the Fast-5 lifestyle
offers.
I thank all of you who participate in the discussion group for
sharing your progress. Our numbers are growing. For those of you who
struggle with the cultural pressure to conform to the typical
American 3 meals per day routine, it is our hope that this national
attention will ease the skepticism. Any updates that Fast-5ers can
offer would be most welcome as I prepare to field questions about
the details of our experience.
Live lean. Live long. Live well.
