I want to answer your question too. I agree with Judi that sometimes
I watch the clock and count down the time, even now 8 months into this
lifestyle. However, that is less and less as my life rhythm is
adjusting. I think that my daily rhythm of living took longer to
adjust then my physical need for food did. So, in the beginning, I
checked the clock a lot. But now, it is circumstancial as Judi
suggested and may be related to something that changed either in my
calorie consumption or what I ate. I also noticed significant hunger
during the day just before I lost weight. I started taking hunger as
a good sign that I was losing. Keep up the good work and know that it
definately gets easier with time.
