Hi All,

I just started Fast 5 this Monday, although I have done intermittent fasting every once in a while before (not lately). My body seems to be adjusting slowly to the five hour window. The hunger comes in cycles!

My question to everyone is: if you have some sort of endocrine imbalance, has eating this way helped? I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid 1.5 months ago, and am wondering if Fast 5 made any difference to anyone else.

Thanks,
Erica

Erica, I actually had my thyroid removed two years ago due to cancer which is yet another reason I think it's been difficult for me to lose weight. I must say,...
