Down from 231 to 223; since Feb 5. If I can make it to 210; that's a
big deal for me. Haven't been that low in probably 5 years or more.
If I can make 200 ... it's a really big deal for me. That would be
more on the order of a 10 year low. 190 would be about the weight
from when I was married almost 20 years ago. I am 46, just fyi.
So ... just to share some goals. And to say, so far so good. Thank
you to Gary Long for pointing me this way. Thank you Bert for your
fast-5 website and access to your book. If I hit 200 ... I will
definately buy a book from amazon as a thank you! :)
So far, this feels like a new lifestyle that I will be able to
continue. I will continue posting from time to time with updates.
Thinking back; it just seemed like a lot of times I was eating cause
it was "time" to eat. Now, I definately have a hunger built up by the
time I eat. This just feels more right to me.
If I got down to 160, then I would be skinny as a rail like my
brothers. THey would fall off their chairs. :)
