Congrats on getting started and working your way through a tough day.
Hopefully you're "over the bridge" and on your way to a smoother and
more comfortable Fast-5 routine. Expect some bumps...you may see some
rough spots yet.
You may find your allergies become less of a problem after some time
on this regimen (in a weeks-to-months timeframe). If you adopt the
Fast-5 routine for that sort of duration, I hope you'll let me know
whether your allergy problem is better, worse, or the same.
I appreciate your thanks, but it is you and your body who are making
this happen.
