Re: Fw: [fast5] eating window

Hi Suzanne and everyone else,

I been on Fast-5 for 1 year and 3 months. I am 43 years old and the
healthiest I have been my entire life. I blame it all on Fast-5. I
do not worry about what I eat during my window because I have
discovered natural regulation of my appetite. I eat what I am
hungry for and I eat till I feel satiated. Sometimes that amount is
less then others. I eat more vegetables then I used to because I
crave them. I eat less meat and animal protein because I want less.
It is the most amazing thing! I have discoverd many health benefits:
my enery is strong all day, (I used to have severe crashes between
meals), all my arthritis pain is gone, I don't get every sickness that
goes around any more, and if I do get a sniffle it seems very short
lived. I lost 20 pounds and 4 clothing sizes and I have maintained
that weight without any effort. Food is no longer a source of
constant desire. My family life and day time are free from concern
about when and what we eat because my whole family lives this way now.
It is just easier. I have no trouble with my social situations as I
no longer call it a diet. I just explain that I fast regularly during
the daytime hours.

Sorry if this sounds braggadocias (made up word). There are just not
enough words to describe how positively my life has changed for the
better due to "intermittant fasting".

Tara
