It's a lonely world when your loved one has symptoms of a mental illness, or has already been diagnosed with a mental illness. Few understand the trauma, stress, and grief.

Family 4 Family is support for family members of someone with a serious and persistent mental illness. It is here you will receive support and information about coping with the "new normal" in your life.

F4F is Christian-based, but all are welcome to join. This list will not be used to proselytize; it will be used to share our burdens and Christian-faith.
