Remember you are not alone, there are literally thousands in the same position,
for every one successful appeal there are many more denied and still fighting
for theirs.

The one thing we all should have learned from our experience is we can't rely
completely on the legal profession to help us and we have to also help ourselves
- after all have they not been themselves responsible for creating this madness?

Again its highlights the need for us all to work as a team a community and help
each other to fight for the truth and justice, one cant simply sit back and do
nothing hoping someone one day will fix it for us, there is no Jim will Fix it
anymore.

Hi Frank, I read with interest what you say, I will not sit back and do nothing,
but I need some help in knowing what to do. I came up with new evidence which I
gave to a solicitor (Swain & Co at Southampton in 2006 for an Appeal . I filled
in the customary CDS 1, 2, 3,and 4. but when they got all the money that they
could out of legal aid they dumped me. I complained about this on a form to the
legal complaints service, which I sent to them. they offered me £200 (which I
am still waiting for. In the mean time I have been told that they would be
writing to me. I have had four different solicitors from Swain & Co as well
as Gream Swain himself mess me about, a lot of my letters and questions that I
have asked have been ignored. each time a new solicitor took over they went
through the same delaying tack-tick of asking me to prove that I was eligible
for legal aid, and other reasons that would take to long to go into. I have
keep-ed all of there and my
letters to them. I had got to the end of my tether when I saw you letter on the
internet. O K Frank where do we go to from here ? I am prepared to do anything.
I am a fit 72 years young, so at my age I have nothing to lose. So where do we
go from hear ? May be if we could some how get al of the poor people who are
inside to do something, but as you know all of there letters are monitered, by
the scum.

UK law is dead, we now have new rules, new masters? No we dont have new rules,
BUT we do have new masters and thats critically important.
