FFF is a group set up for anyone who has been suffering from Fibromyalgia or anyone who has loved ones who suffers from the debilitating disease. This is a group for people to talk openly and freely. I have been suffering from Fibro for at least 5 years and I have realized from experience that many loved ones and spouses do not understand this painful disease. I personally have found that calcium, magnesium, zinc and omega 3 have helped me. There is a website of information that tells many factors which relate and cause Fibro.
