There are three distinctive behaviors that characterize autism spectrum disorders. Children have difficulties with social interaction, problems with verbal and nonverbal communication, repetitive behaviors or narrow, obsessive interests. These behaviors can range in impact from mild to disabling. Autism Spectrum Disorders vary widely in severity and symptoms and may go unrecognized, especially in mildly-affected children or when it is masked by more debilitating conditions.

FACES Autism Support Network helps others see the awesomeness in autism awareness. We started Blow Bubbles 4 Autism in 2004, and now bubbles cover the globe each April!
