You are correct. Unless Lewis has stepped inside the company and collected a
paycheck from the Musas he has no idea how illegal this company is.

For example, the patient counselors tell every patient that they will have dry
eyes after surgery to sell them punctal plugs. How does someone with a high
school education make that determination much less without an eye exam? While
dry eyes are sometimes a side affect after Lasik surgery there is no way of
knowing who will need them until post-operatively. That is supposed to be a
doctors call. Yet I've worked with Amy White where she just pulls charts off
the wall and starts inserting punctal plugs. If I'm the only doctor present
that makes me responsible for anything that goes wrong. Yet, even if I tried to
make objections to her behavior I would get me fired. Imagine that by me
refusing to allow an unlicensed professional to insert a medical device would
raise threats of being terminated.

Lewis has no concept of the breadth and depth of the illegality of the Musas. I
am aware of multiple doctors that were paid cash under the table to go into
states that they did not hold a license to practice. If the Musas had a hard
time finding a doctor or had to fire a doctor they would send in a few of their
puppet eye doctors. Once in the states of no licensure these doctors would sign
a bogus name on their prescription pads.

I am in confidentiality working with the Attorney General of Florida. What this
will come down to will be cracking the amor plate of the musas by going after
their second in commands. Threaten to take away the doctors license and they
will confess to all knowledge of the illegal activity.

If you don't believe me why don't you call Amy White at 561-436-1114 and run
these questions by her. Ask her if she doesn't get a bonus to keep the
doctors salaries down whatever way she can.

It's almost comidical that the employees of this company have given a nickname
to the process of getting screwed over tby the Musas. They say that you have
been "musad."

What Lewis sees is only from a discussion board. He needs to go under cover and
see first hand what people are spekaing of.

ultra violet protection on their lenses and we didnt, thats illegal.
when we sell them a set of polycarbonate lenses for $118, and we put
in a set of plastic lenses instead, thats illegal. when i am given
full authority by the doctor on staff to arbitrarily change a
patient's prescription without a new eye exam, that is way beyond
illegal. yes, i have committed crimes there. yes, most of us have
done things that we are ashamed of while we worked for them. but we
all eventually wised up and left. I got out when i was told if i
didnt accept the casual drug use of my employees and my superiors
that i could look for a new job.
someone out there has got to know how to get something started. if
it just takes somehting like going to OSHA and reporting them, then
lets do that. there has got to be some way to get the word out to
people so that they dont get burned the way past customers and
employees have.
