I have been silent for a long time about all of the criminal activity
within this organization. Now my silence has come to an end.

The Musas are not bullet proof, and I will testify against them if
the Florida attorney general will contact me.

This is their Achille's heal:
The Musas set up a bogus corporation called Southwestern Medical to
pay their eyedoctors. Southwestern Medical was more than likely a
limited liability corporation out of Florida. Optometrists and
ophthalmologists cannot be hired by anyone but other professionals.
State lawas prohibit "lay persons from hiring professionals." This
is a big no-no.

Well, the Musas thought they would be clever and set up this
corporation to make it look like other medical professionals were
paying their eye doctors. All one has to do is go on record to see
who the primary shareholders were of Southwestern Medical Corporation
and the answer will be the Musas.

Now, here is where they really get in trouble. They had this
corporation set up through 2001 and 2002 at least. Every time they
mailed a paycheck to a doctor in the mail they were commiting federal
mail fraud. (When you certify that your documents are true and not
false in the mail, this is federal mail fraud.)

If anyone recalls history, this is how Al Capone was finally put in
jail. I have all of my old paycheck stubs, making this an easy and
long lasting conviction for a state prosecutor. I will not hesitate
to offer testimony.

If a state agency reads this please respond to my e-mail and I will
assist in any way I can and turn over all documents.
