Yeah, you could read it that way. But SUmmit controls the Board and
owns almost 80% of the stock. They might "look the other way", but
thier real objeective is to make MONEY. 2 ways to do that: take the
Company public via IPO--lots of scrutiny, especially these days.
SEC, FDA, FTC, State AGs. Or they sell LVI to another company. To
get any return on their investment, they'll have to grow revenue and
profit quite a bit, and that'll wil be hard to do if all of this BS
is going on. So...some plausible deniability, but they also need to
make $$ (or at least not lose the $30 million+ that they invested.
