You need to read more then a headline...They did not BUY anyone..they
are recapitalizing. The Musa's are maintaining operational control
while letting Summit finance their operation. It keeps the business
private, and keeps it from going up for public sale.
If that doesn't tell you they know they are in trouble...what does?
They leave the Owners to do what they do, and offer NOTHING more then
access to financial options. In the meantime they hold a majority
share to profit BIG time off of offering better financial gain, but
they don't interfere with operations. That is what they do. They bail
out when the Musa's are ready to buy back the shares.
You guys always try this...Throw around "venture capitol" or Summit
Partners and try to make everyone think that we know nothing of what
we speak. Try again. My experience is about bad employee relations
and bad ethics. My experience is about blatent criminal activity.
kb9efn1 For someone who talks about not "whining"? You certainly
scouted for the whine and you scouted to find a post you thought you
could attack and try to make yourself look superior...You suceeded in
doing your own version of "whining" about "whining". Are we having a
problem with little man syndrome? Or is it a hobby of yours to seek
out Dr posts and try to pick them apart?

Forever, you need to catch up on things too. The Musa's have been out
of LVI for quite some time now. What was the name of that joint
capital venture....Hmmm...... I know. I can look it up on the
internet so I don't tell someone they don't know what they are
talking about when in fact they evidently know MORE!!!
