As a member of the medical field...I would think there would be
something you could report to the right office? Not being a Dr myself
I wouldn't know who to contact..but isn't that in your training? Who
to contact?
Don't walk away and thank your lucky stars!! That's how these guys
got to be a 3 ring circus instead of a 1 tent disaster that should
disappear.
I can't make you do anything..but I would urge you to contact the
right people about the conditions you just witnessed.
