In an effort to help you out you should really contact Attorney Crist's Office
of the Economic Crimes Unit of the State of Florida.

They have been interviewing former employees for the last few months. For
example, employees that have seen Amy White inserting punctal plugs on her own
and before these patients even got to see a doctor are testifying right now as
we speak. These employees are testifying that Amy White (their national
director) makes doctor like diagnosis and treatments and performs doctor like
functions.

If you are interviewing people from the federal level for violations by LVI you
must coordinate your efforts with the current efforts at the state level. The
states witness pool will be very beneficial to your case. In many cases, the
state of Florida will be meeting with doctors, technicians, assistants, and
former employees etc. from around the country because LVI and Eye Glass World is
HQ out of Florida. Thus, violations in other states will be enforced in Florida.
