It's been a while since I've worked for the musa brothers. I recently
found this site, and would like to congrats those would did something
to speak out. I am embrassed to say I was an assitant manager of the
Rockford IL, store. I left shortly after the expired contacts came
around. My manager and I were told to remove the dates and sell them.
I was never fired however, I call Mark Musa out on many wrong doings
of their company. Mark made it very clear to me that he owned the
company and if I could not treat him with the respect he deseverd he
would personally return to Rockford to fire me on spot. This little
show of power took place on the sale floor during business hour in
front of staff and patients. While I was an A.M I attended 2 court
dates, just because they refused to refund money that patients
rightfully desevered. I finally realized the &750.00 a week was not
payment for managing, But payment for my self respect, When we had a
patient pass away three months after ordering her glass. The family
members requested a refund because she had not recevied the glass yet
and obviously would not need them anymore. When I informed corp. I
was told "No Refunds exchanges ONLY!". So with out permission I
refunded her family apologized for the hassle and Quite! I am amazed
that they are still in Rockford with untrained staff. Right now to
the best of my knowlegde no one on in that store has more than 5mos
training in optics.
