Just wanted anyone interested to know I found an alternative
medicine/CAM, (medical institution offering Alternatives)site where
they offered a FREE, copy, mailed to you, of a tape/dvd done for
cancer patients as a relaxation/visualization/exercise video based on
Tai Chi, Yoga, Breathing techniques specific for Cancer patients.
Their research for this video showed that this tape safely combated
the fatigue and disability associated with chemo and cancer.
The quantities are limited, but I just called and they sent me a copy.
