1. It is Fun. Everybody enjoys and can¡¦t wait for the next

meeting.

2. It is Participative. Everybody participates actively and

equally.

3. It is Efficient. Everything needs to be done is done.

4. It is Open. Everybody talks about what they really think.

No hesitation. No interruption.

5. It is Safe. Everybody is allowed to speak without any

consequence. Then, people will step outside their boxes for

something new and creative.
