Hi and welcome again.
 
1. Creativity Trip: 多年來都想舉辦一個不一樣的創意課程，終於
在前幾天實現了，20多位香港與及7、8位中山同學共同去嘗試一
個不一樣的創意過程；有創意的人是有『智』識的人，要培養創
意，並非去學習創意技術，而是去累積『智』識；『智』識並非
知識，能懂得做事的就是有知識，能舉一反三就是有『智』識。

2. Personal Retreat: 每年年初我都舉辦Personal Retreat(免費)
，作為檢討過去一年，展望未來之用，明年也不例外，我剛在中
山完成了Creativity Trip課程，對中山感覺相當良好，故暫定今
年地點為中山，日期則為一月十三及十四日，有興趣的朋友，請
預早安排。

 

3. Ideas & Thoughts of Keith To: 這是收集我對教練技術、催眠治

療、身心語言程序學、個人及企業發展的想法的網頁，我每星期

II. Weekly Cut & Paste: 比死還可怕的事

有一位軍閥每次處決死刑犯時，都會讓犯人選擇：一槍斃命或
是選擇從左牆的一個黑洞進去，命運未知。

所有犯人都寧可選擇一槍斃命也不願進入那個不知裡面有什麼
東西的黑洞。

一天，酒酣耳熱之後，軍閥顯得很開心。旁人便趁機很大膽地
問他：「大帥，您可不可以告訴我們，從這黑洞走進去究竟會
有什麼結果？」

「沒什麼啦！其實走進黑洞的人只要經過一、兩天的摸索便可
以順利地逃生了，人們只是不敢面對不可知的未來罷了。」軍
閥回答。

III. Keith's Point of View: 知識、智識、智慧 (Knowledge、
Intelligence、Wisdom)
很少人談智慧，不是有智慧的人少，而是避而不談，因為實在害
怕他人誤解自以為智慧過人，故我談智慧，也不是自以為智慧過
人，而是分享本人觀察所得，而非教導他人如何擁有智慧。
 
知識、智識、智慧乃三種不同的『智』，三種皆有別於我們日常
學習時得到我資料 (Information)，當你運用你學到我資料時，你
能因應你的情況來使用它們，你獲得知識；當你思考到個別知識
之間的關係時，你增長智識；當你發現了不同範疇智識的關係時
，你體會智慧！
 
很多人不相信智慧就是這麼簡單 (其實要做到也絕非簡單)，不少
人傾向認為智慧是偉大的，無邊無際的，那只是高層次的智慧，
智慧也可分為不同層次，亦即是不同層次的無為無漏，無為即無
目的，智識是有為的，它是以達成結果為目的，如果我們是有目
的地追尋智慧，結果也只是回到智識範疇。
 
無漏即沒有遺漏的，無漏是相對的，在不同的背景下的無漏，其
無漏程度也有所不同，絕對的無漏的智慧可稱為無上智慧，也就
是大眾所指的真正智慧。
 
就算我們未能體會無上智慧，但是我們也可以擁有較低層次的智
慧，如果智識能令我們舉一反三，智慧可能使我們反三十、反三
百、反三千．．．，也可能令我們舉三千回歸一，
 
不少的修行者就是在體會無上智慧過程中，修襌的、修內密的、
修瑜伽的也可能是在這發現的路程上．我沒有什麼慧根，所以不
修。
 
能得到有上的智慧，也很不錯吧！

在世界上這麼多個人提昇及發展技術，大部分的技術只是由創
始人從他們自己的體驗中想出來的，沒有什麼研究，也沒有什
麼印證，所以不少可能只是對某些人有效，但另外一些人卻功

just basic requirements.

 

Here my top 5 tips on how to be respected in yoru company:

 

1. Be Initiative. People tends to stay away from difficult

projects. Are you willing to take these projects, even without

any requests from your boss?

 

2. Be Collaborative. Collaboration is more than Cooperation.

You help others' success. You contribute to others' success.

 

3. Helping Newcomers. Even though the newcomer is not

your subordinate. You at least get his/her respect.

 

4. Sharing Credits. No one will respect anyone who takes

all the credits without sharing with his/her team members.

Share your credits with your colleagues. subordinates, and

your boss.

 

5. Respecting Others. This is simply giving and taking.

The Real Secret of Creativity

I am conducting the Creativity Trip right now in Zhong Shan.
There are around 20 participants from Hong Kong and several
from Zhong Shan joining us.

As promised, we are not learning common creativity skills
here.

If real creativity ideas are uncommon ideas, how can we get
something uncommon from something common?!

But the key point of the workshop is not about skills. Skill is
just the "Body" of creativity. Without "Mind", there is no real
creativity.

What is the "Mind" of the creative skills?

Intelligence!

A creative person is not a person with skills. Don't you find
many people who had learned all those creativity skills but
still not being creative! They lack the "Mind" of creativity.

An intelligent person is creative.

But how can we make ourselves more intelligent?

Simple, by accumulating more Intelligence!

Intelligence is not Information. When someone can't tell
you how many cm is 1 mile, but he does knows 1 mile =
1,760 yard,1 yard = 3 feet, 1 metre = 3.28 feet, 1 metre =
100 cm, then he has a lot of Information but not enough
Intelligence!

Acumulating Intelligence is the finding of Links within
Information.
