為了一些原則和誤會而反目，那才是叫人難過的。

你以為不用說得那麼清楚，其實，是有必要的。
你以為不能那麼坦白，其實，有些事情無法解決時，坦白是最好

III. Keith's Point of View: Smart Copycat
As the Chinese input system of my computer is down, I write this
article in English. Sorry for the inconvience caused.
I just finished my Free Training Series of Business By Design
today. I feel reliefed. I finally gave away my Design Thinking
System to those who want to learn and use.
I am a Copycat. I always admit this. But I always copy smartly. I
hate those who just cut and paste others' intelligences and
hardwork and pretend to be their own. This is stealing and it can
never be great stuff.
Design Thinking can be one of the best way to copy others'
work and then evolve it. Through understanding the elements,
their arrangements and relationships, you can discover the soul
of others' great works. You are not copying their bodies, but
transplanting parts of their souls into your own. Then, they are
yours, not theirs.
You can use Design Thinking along with NLP Modeling.
NLP Modeling is the concept while Design Thinking is the
skill.
If you are one of our participants, use the skill or you will loss
it. If you are not, think Lego. Seeing everything like a finished
Lego model. See how each piece fits together. Break them
down, steal part of their structure, and transplant into your own
Lego model.
