我看週遭有太多優秀甚於我數倍的朋友，可惜的是終日汲汲營營
努力的程度，不及努力的方向重要。

真正的成功來自於：週遭的親友因您付出獲得改善。盡力幫助弱

III. Keith's Point of View: 如何設計你的生意？
如果你從事的是後勤支援性工作，請不要以為設計與你無關，
你更需為你的內部市場及客戶，設計一些吻合你的前線同事的
系統和服務，讓他們能全力在外爭取市場及客戶，而非回到辦
公室後還要滿足你們的要求，這才不是本末倒置。
最近看了一個電視節目 Leaders on Leadership，嘉賓 Jim
Press 乃 Toyota US 的 COO，他說的其中一句話，正是設計生
意的重點，這句話就是「我們從不關注競爭者在做什麼，我
們只關注我們的客戶！」，設計生意就是明白你的客戶，吻
合
市場及客戶的形態、喜惡、趨勢等等。
要認真設計你的生意，就先清楚知道你的市場及客戶究竟是什
麼。

See whether you can be a great coach or not!
1. You like to help others. There is a desire within you in assisting
others to have a better life, career or business.
2. You can see things objectively. You can see things from
different points of view.
3. Others like to talk to you. People like to discuss about their
problems with you.
4. You are a good listener. You can listen to others without
interruptions.
5. You can motivated by yourself. You do not need a boss to
push you.
