什麼是催眠治療?
催眠治療是指在催眠出神狀態中,給予治療性的指示,從而獲得
改進身心表現。
催眠師(Hypnotist)與催眠治療師(Hypnotherapist)有否不同?
根據美國催眠治療大師Hunter認為,數天的所謂催眠治療課程的
畢業生應稱為催眠師 (Hypnotist),他們懂得引導他人進入催眠狀
態,及運用催眠暗示劇本(Script)或單一的暗示式催眠方法來協助
他人。Hunter認為,催眠治療師(Hypnotherapist) 除了懂得上述技
術外,還需接受更長時間的訓練,並懂得如何依據受者情況設計
治療方案及多種不同的催眠技術,以應付不同的受者情況。
Hunter擔心全球正興起大量催眠治療速成課程,最終導致大眾對
催眠師專業的誤解。
催眠絕非神秘,催眠更非萬能,催眠本身並不危險,濫用催眠
才是危險;被催眠者並不會失去知覺,反而對身體內外變化更
為敏感;催眠並不能治療精神疾病,反而催眠治療並不適合精
神病患者;催眠治療並不是由催眠術者主導,反而由催眠受者
全面控制。這都是大部份人士對催眠治療的誤解,也是我們連
續六年舉辦「註冊催眠治療師課程」的主要原因 - 我們希望大
眾能破除對催眠的迷信,正確地讓人瞭解催眠治療有效但有限
的功能。

V. My Personal Finance Tips: Top 5 Ways to Save More Money

In my Part 3 of the Life Strategist Free Seminar last week, I talked
about the 21 Personal Financial Strategies. One of them is to save
at least one-tenth of your income. Many people find it difficult to save
some money. But if you can't save, you will never get out from the
crowd of poor people. There are some easier way to save. Here are
my top 5 ways:
1. Put all your coins in a jar when you return home.
2. Quit whatever that costs money.
3. Bring your lunch to work. It seems to be easier for ladies but
difficult for men. Tell them it is for some health reasons.
4. Dine out less. Dine at home is cheaper and healthier.
5. Sell your mobile phone, car, LCD TV, and stop your cable
TV service, if you can't save. It is better to have some more money
in your pocket.
