III. Keith's Point of View:

V. My Personal Development Tips: Top 5 Ways to Become
Smater
by Keith To
Becoming smarter is crucial in today's world. The smarter you are,
the quicker you can adapt and/or respond to the super-fast paced
changes today. I observed and modelled many smart people
around me, here are their top 5 qualities. They are simple, but not
that easy. Select one or two and work on them hard. You can see
your improvement easily.
1. Decide quickly and then change accordingly. If you don't
make your decisions, nothing will happen. The earlier you decide,
the quicker will be the result. Make your decision, and then observe
closely the immediate feedbacks. Change if necessary.
2. Do the Opposites. When everybody is doing the same things,
and if the opposites do make sense to you, do the opposites. Even
if what all others doing are right, the benefits are being shared by
that millions of people. You can't get much out of it.
3. Respond Fast & Big. Whatever happens, see what you can do
about it. Act fast. If something needs to be taken care of, do it now.
If something is worth to be responded to, make your response big
to move ahead of all others else.
4. See the Differences. Smart people can see the differences
between similar things while others just think them to be the same.
Any difference is opportunity. Big differences can be recognized
by most people and are usually already been taken by someone
else. See the smaller differences and they are our golden
opportunities!
5. Think. Smart people think while all others follow. Don't use your
eyes and ears only. Don't let others think for you. Use your eyes
and ears to gather information and then think. Only after thinking,
the information can then become your knowledge.
