人都有惰性,也有慣性。就好像每天早上,我總是吃同一家早餐

Missing of a Failing Business

This is Part 4 of our new articles series of BiZuccess System.
1. Missing Vision.
of their business will go. This is your roadmap to help you to see
how you can get to your destinations. When you go to somewhere
new to you, you will not go without bringing your map. Or you are
going to get lost, waste a lot of time, money, and energy.
2. Missing Target Markets. Where are your target markets?
It is the most common cause of failing. When you do not know
who exactly are your potential customers, you cannot address
directly and specifically to them. When someone tells me that
everybody can be his or her customer, I am absolutely sure that
his/her business is going to fail. When you are everything, you
are nothing!
3. Missing Right Actions. Many people take lots of actions to
make things happen. It is right that taking action is the foundation
of progress. But taking the wrong actions can drift you farther
away from any progress. You can lose your money, lose your
clients or even lose everything else.
Plan! Planning is rare, especially for small-sized business. You
need your business plans and your marketing plans. Don’t think
that these are just toys for big businesses. Planning ensures
your thinking through all the actions and coming up the most
RIGHT actions to be done.
4. Missing Partners. You can't do it all. You need partners
inside and outside of your business. For insider partners, I am
not just talking about shareholders. They can be your employees
and associates. For external partners, they can be someone
who can help you quickly expand the reach of your own business.
Or just someone who can give you ideas, knowledge, and
resources.
5. Missing Systems. Successful businesses develop systems
to handle every aspect of your business operations. It can be
systems for marketing, systems for customer complaints, or any
follow up procedures to make your business running more smoothly.
It is the systems running your business, but not yourself. This frees
up your time for you to oversee your business in a much more
objective manner. You can then spot out threats and opportunities,
which is crucial to the success of your business.
