Ways to Become a Professional Service Agent

This is Part 3 of our new articles series of BiZuccess System.
Everyone wants to be a professional. Being professional enhances
your influence and status. To be successful in today¡¦s business
world, professionalism increases your chances buying from you
and/or being hired.
Today, being a professional manager is not enough. You do not
just manage, you provide service to your business partners, your
clients, colleagues, staff, superiors, vendors, etc. Think being an
agent. You are selling your knowledge, skills and solutions to your
business partners. Being a great leader is when others are
willing to ¡§buy¡¨ from you. Here are my top 5 ways to become a
professional Service Agent.
1. A Professional Service Agent (PSA) provides service first.
A PSA understands that he/she must give first before he/she can
receive. He/she provides the best to his/her clients and then makes
a profit (salary?) afterwards. People ¡§buy¡¨ from you continuously not
because of the belief in you, but of the value of what you provided
them.
2. A PSA understands that problems can¡¦t be solved at the
same level they are created. Problem becomes a problem not
because of the problem itself. The problem can¡¦t create itself. It is
something happened somewhere away from the spot where
problem exists. This is not my discovery. This was what Einstein
found. A PSA will locate the causes of the problems and solve
them over there or even some other places.
3. A PSA moves towards their Visions. In NLP, we understand
that some people are ¡§Away From¡¨ pains and problems and some
people are ¡§Towards¡¨ goals and targets. There is nothing wrong
with either, but it is too painful to be an ¡§Away From¡¨ person.
Furthermore, even though you are very successful in moving
away from yoru pains and problems, you can still go nowhere.
Being professional, you know where you are heading. Most of the
people are ¡§Away From¡¨ until they see their visions. Visions are
what can be possible in the future. Ask yourself now ¡V what can
be possible about yourself in the future?
4. A PSA embraces Uncertainties. In our fast changing world,
you must understand one fact first ¡V there is nothing certain! It
is an illusion if you think something will surely happen in the
future. If everything is uncertain, you then have a 50-50 chance.
If you do something to make it happens, you even have a
higher chance to win. Decide what you want and work towards
it.
5. A PSA accepts what the reality and moves ahead.
Acceptance is not agreement. You accept something means
you see the situation as merely a condition. You can become
calm and you can then make the best use of the reality to
proceed.
