19、 不要使自己難受。
總是杞人憂天地想著將來的事,會使你生活在憂慮之中。將那些

將它擺在床頭或辦公桌上,你一聞到鮮花的香味,便想到你對自

專家指出,造成全身活動的大笑,可使心率、新陳代謝的速度加
22、 不要總是夢想,要採取行動。

V. My Personal Development Tips: Top 5 Things to Do
Before I Die

One factual truth about life is people will die. I will die too. Though
it will be a bit much later. If I die, I want a "great" death. I have
already prepared for it. Everyone has something need, want and
desire to do before their death. It is better to do them as soon as
possible. Who knows when is the time!
Here are my top 5 things I will do before I die. It is nothing about
you. It is my death. I share with you only because I urge you to do
what you want to do and do them now. I will not regret if I die
tommorow.
1. Fulfill at least one Childhood Dream. We all have dreams
when we are young. We "forget" most of them as we grow up. We
stop dreaming since we become adult. Because we need to make
a living. Is making a living will prevent us from Making a "Life"?
You will never find the right time to start realizing your dream.
There are always problems. Select one of your dream and start it
now.
When I was young, I read my first English fiction book, the Adventure
of Tom Sawyer. I told myself that I will write a book that people in
different parts of the world will read it. This is one of my dreams. I
wrote 4 books (with my best partner, Mr. John Lau). Though there
are tens of thousands of readers. I still not yet accomplished my
dream. I am writing my best book now. I will and I can do it!
2. Be Your Real "You". I am "old" enough not to live according to
other people's expectations. I am who I am. I do what I like to do. I
wear what I like to wear. I speak what I like to speak. I don't harm
anyone. If someone doesn't like me, it is OK. Be yourself and surround
yourself with people who love who you really are. You can't satisfy
everybody or you are the first one to be suffered. Then you feel free,
really free!
3. Leave Something to the World. Contribute something to the
world. Something meaningful. Don't leave this world without giving
others something great. Apart from making a living, I do training
because I desire that I can spread my ideas and information to others.
I am sure that someone will find them useful. I had made a decision.
When I die, I will put half of all my writing, audio recordings of my
programs and other intelligence properties into public domain so
that everyone can read them and listen to them free. (BTW, don't
kill me now!)
4. Finish all Unfinished Business. Unfinished business are those
things that you wanted to but not yet finished. It could be something
you want to say, some relationships, someone you want to forgive, an
appology or anything else. These hooked you up in the past. I am now
clearing all my unfinished business. To make things easier, I stop
starting anything that I can't finish.
5. Fill Yourself with Great Stuff. When you live one more day, you
are having one less day in this world. This is not a negative thinking.
This is reality. With less and less time in this world, I only desire for
great things in my life. I stop tolerating less than great things. I desire
for great food. I desire for great people surrounding me. I desire for
great experiences. I am not greedy. I do not need much, but I need
them to be great!
I have just completed a new program, the Neuro Linguistics of
Emotions. I forget something to mention in the workshop. Let's do
it here. This is the secret to be happy.
If you "want" your life to be filled with Joy, Fulfill All Your "Needs"
(something you really can't live without), Stop All Your "Wants"
(something you don't need, but you just want them), Act on Your
"Desires" (something your really want, you know and you have
great reasons to get them, you have passions in them).
