III. Weekly Cut & Paste 1: 一條裙子和一個捐款箱

那是一條棗紫色的裙。合身的，裙擺邊滾著邊疆民族的圖騰，往

大腿上開衩約六公分高，走起路來，從側方看到我纖細的腿，若

隱若現。

在一整排的裙子，及膝的、迷你的、九分裙、素面的、還是薄紗

的，我一眼看見她，這條棗紫色的裙，獨獨鍾意。從試衣間出來

，鏡子中的我，脫掉原本的寬鬆麻褲，換上這條裙子，搭配原先

穿的淺粉合身上衣，整個人透著一種喜氣，一種嫩紅，一種愉悅

，因為這條裙子。

從鏡子裡無意間我讀到銷售小姐流露出讚嘆的眼光，哇，這對一

個女人而言，真的是莫大的驕傲，從另一個女人的眼中看到對自

己的欣賞，遠勝過十個男人滿是慾望的眼神。

滿心的虛榮又要故坐鎮定地探問一下價錢，5850元，不是便宜的

裙。法國來的呀，光坐飛機、機場稅、可能還是坐計程車才到這

家店裡，這趟旅程就所費不貲。「很適合妳哪，不要考慮了，算

妳5500啦。」小姐很阿沙力不等我殺價就自動降價。我是心動的

，即便她照原價我都有著衝動就想買了，管他接下來的日子是不

是只能吃牛肉麵、自助餐，就是想買，因為穿在身上很氣質，因

為換季了要添件新裝，因為女人本來就應該滿滿櫃子的新衣，因

為設計師的設計總要有人捧場，因為，也沒太多因為。就是一種

花錢欲嘛！

五千多元，在心裡一遍又一遍地默念，花五千多買一條自己喜歡

的裙子，是開心的但不是必要的，也不是必需的。沒有這條裙，

我的生活會不會缺少光彩？我人會不會變老變醜？我會不會死掉

？答案都是否定的。

五千多元，應該是我兩個半月的上網費，比我家一個月的水電瓦

斯電話費總和還多；五千多元，是我非洲小朋友 8個月的助養費

；五千多元，好像是我上星期在線上捐款給921震災的數目。

對，921震災。那些短短十秒鐘就失去親人、失去房子、失去生

命、失去所有的，我不認識的人的災民，現在可能還在祈禱他的

母親能奇蹟活過來；一家五口擠在一個帳篷裡，愁惱未來該何去

何從，痛哭父親的來不及逃生而天人永隔；自責自己沒能救出弟

弟的痛不欲生；那個才幾歲大雖然撿回一命卻要截足的小女孩，

全家人又都死於地震只剩她一個孤零零的；與阿公相守相伴四、

五十年的阿嬤，最後只撿回阿公的假牙；還有那些也才19，20歲

的小阿兵哥，卻在一個個屍體堆，又滿溢腐朽味的慘不忍睹的景

象中揮汗如雨，忍著想吐的噁心或害怕搬著補給品，搭著帳篷，

抬著屍體……。

想到這裡，我拿裙子的手有點畏縮了。

想到這裡，所有我想像的畫面像沒剪接完成的電影，跳躍式無接

續卻又緊緊關連的畫面劇情，一一閃爍在我眼前。

其中一個畫面，是剛才那位慈濟媽媽，頂著烈日杵在沒有屋簷的

路邊，手裡那個為震災募款的捐款箱，看到她們一個接一個的身

影時，我心裡還犯嘀咕，這麼多慈濟，我一直捐捐捐，最後我也

窮了也要拿個碗在路邊等人救濟。這念頭才一歇，我就已經站在

這裡看著我想買的新裙子。這是不是意味著我的錢包還挺豐實的

？是不是意味我的沒人情？是不是意味著我的自私？是不是意味

著我是不是也像那些我一向不齒的不知人間疾苦的官員，冷血地

認為，這世界上哪兒沒死人，哪兒沒地震？

太多的疑問就在一瞬間，幾秒鐘通通衝塞在我的腦袋中。完全堵

住，無法流通。

我的眼睛直愣愣地還在看著這條棗紫色的裙子，穿在我纖細的身

上。還是美麗。

走進試衣間，愛戀地，再深深地注視著鏡子裡的我的那條裙，久

久的。換回我的麻褲，拿著這條裙子走出來。迎面的是售貨小姐

滿滿熱切一付就是要結帳的表情。

遲疑著，猶豫著，想狠心，想管他三七二十一。

終於，我還是放下她。不言一語，對那位眼見生意上門卻莫名其

妙消失的售貨小姐，淡然一笑。

走出門，不回頭。

前面路口就有一位慈濟媽媽，還是誠切地微笑著，拿著募款箱。

亞洲大地震及海嘯，增至逾八萬人死亡

席捲亞洲及東非十多個國家的世紀大海嘯，至今己造成超過八萬

喪生，國際紅十字會估計，最終可能多達十萬人遇難。

嗇提供救援物資，指有關言論誤導及與事實不符。

美日澳印成立國際聯盟，協調海嘯救援行動

美國總統喬治布殊表示，為協助亞洲大地震及海嘯災區重建，美
國，印度，澳洲及日本會成立國際聯盟，協調救援行動，布殊說

，美國會援助災區，包括在短期內提供超過三千五百萬美元支援

，亦會派出美軍及搜救人員，而長遠會資助災區重建，他並呼籲

，國民捐款賬災。

泰國海嘯逾千八人死亡，逾五千人失蹤

泰國海嘯死亡人數超過一千八百人，當中七百人是外國遊客，九

千人受傷，超過五千人失蹤，當局估計，大批外國遊客，在海嘯

侵襲時，被捲出大海，預料最終死亡人數可能達到三千人。斯里

蘭卡就有二萬二千人死亡，印度超過一萬人喪生。

中國首批救援物資已經運抵斯里蘭卡

中國首批緊急人道救援物資,已經在下午由北京運抵斯里蘭卡首都

科倫坡.
這批物資約值一千萬元人民幣, 當中包括有帳篷 , 毛毯, 藥物和罐頭

等, 中國政府亦向斯里蘭卡提供二十萬美元援助 .
至於第二批救援物資, 亦會在明日凌晨, 由廣州運到印尼首都雅加達

. 這批重五十噸的救援物資, 包括帳篷 , 床單, 毛毯和糧食等, 正分批

從北京陸續運到廣州 , 再準備由貨機運到災區.
多個亞洲國家遭到地震和海嘯侵襲, 造成慘重傷亡後, 中國政府已經

從南京, 西安和天津等地 , 緊急徵調一百五十噸救援物資, 運往東南

亞和南亞的災區.

印度洋大海嘯殺傷力為近代最大
(中央社華盛頓二十九日美聯電)此次橫掃印度洋各地並造成數萬人喪

生的海嘯，乃是一個多世紀以來、甚至是現代歷史上最具致命性的

大浪。

紅十字會說亞洲海嘯死亡人數或多達十萬人

席捲亞洲及東非十多個國家的世紀大海嘯，事隔三日，死亡人數增加

到超過七萬人，印尼災情嚴峻，聯合國說，當地可能多達八萬人遇難

，紅十字會估計，總死亡人數可能達到十萬人而泰國有超過一千八百

人死亡，四千人失蹤，當中不少是外國遊客。目前有三百多名港人，

在亞洲大海嘯災區，未能取得聯繫，大部分身處泰國，政府派遣１２

０人的救援隊到布吉，協助滯留及受傷的港人。

聯合國估計，大海嘯在各地有五百萬災民

聯合國警告，必須加快清理災區，否則日內可能會爆發呼吸道，及不

潔食水傳染疫症，聯合國估計各災區有五百萬災民等待救援，派員到

災區評估情況，呼籲國際緊急援手。

紅十字會：南亞震災國人捐款一天過千萬
(中央社記者徐毓莉台北二十九日電)中華民國紅十字會今天表示，南亞

災情的悲慘畫面震撼國人，昨天才公布募款帳號，短短一天，捐款已超

過一千萬元。

被批評小氣後布希政府可能倍增賑災款
(中央社記者紀錦玲華盛頓二十九日專電)在聯合國官員批評美國對東南

亞海嘯受災地區賑災款「太小氣」後，華盛頓郵報今天報導，布希政府

可能將援助款提高到三千五百萬美元。這筆款項較原先宣布的一千五百

萬美元，相當二點三倍。

地震後首傳佳音　斯里蘭卡發現三千人倖存
(中央社斯里蘭卡安帕拉二十九日法新電)斯里蘭卡政府原本以為東部安

帕拉地區約有三千人因海嘯喪生，但是該國空軍今天發現這些村民幸運

生還，給空軍救援行動早早打了一劑強心針。

慈濟人目睹屍臭薰天及搶劫：亞齊是人間煉獄

島亞齊省，昨天深夜剛從亞齊省返回雅加達的慈濟功德會印尼支會副執

行長郭再源親眼目睹災情後，估計光是大亞齊市就至少死了兩萬人，屍

臭薰天，災民紛紛逃往機場，不時發生搶劫事件，亞齊省已成為人間煉

獄。

聯合國警告亞洲災區日內或爆發疫症

印尼大地震引發亞洲海嘯災難,造成的傷亡慘重,聯合國警告,災區日內可

能會爆發呼吸道和不潔食水傳染疫症.
聯合國駐日內瓦的人道事務官員表示, 多個救援組織正在災區分發藥物,

防範爆發疫症 , 但由於災區缺乏乾淨食水, 可能會在日內爆發疫症 .
聯合國已經派出評估小組到災區, 了解災情, 但部份惼遠地區, 包括印尼

蘇門答臘以西地區, 救援人員難以到達 , 只能在上空評估災情.
有世衛專家則表示, 很多醫院已經迫滿傷者, 若果爆發疫症 , 將難以處理

染病的居民.

南亞震災　世界展望會伸援手

傷人數持續竄升，台灣世界展望會高雄辦公室內連日來電話不斷，獲接

許多愛心民眾來電表示願意捐款，展望會已在第一時間展開第一波救援

上，市內清真寺已成為屍體收容所，當地短缺糧食亟需外界援救。

海嘯奪去數萬人命　但動物為何可倖免於難?
(中央社可倫坡二十九日路透電)記憶中最嚴重的海嘯二十六日在印度洋

海域奪去數萬條人命，當受災慘重的斯里蘭卡罹難人數持續攀升之時，

野生動物官員今天卻驚訝地發現，他們沒有發現任何動物因海嘯而大量

死亡的證據。

條件不利南亞海嘯救災行動開展困難
(中央社香港二十九日法新電)由於數百萬人無家可歸、大量屍體仍未尋

獲以及重大基礎設施遭到毀壞，因此賑濟亞洲地震災民的作業面對了極

為不利的條件。

王永平呼籲各界支持賑災工作
公務員事務局局長王永平致函全體公務員，呼籲他們捐款救助海嘯災民

。他表示，南亞廣泛地區日前受海嘯侵襲，最新遇難人數接近六萬，對

此感到震驚和哀傷。另外，他指政府及有關的公務員，現正竭力救助身

陷災區的香港市民，安排他們安全回港，並呼籲大家與社會各界攜手支

持賑災工作。

逾600名港人被困海嘯災區
保安局局長李少光表示，據報另有664名香港居民，可能被困在受海嘯

影響的災區，但由於親友未能提供詳細資料及最後身處資料，所以現正

跟進事件。到目前為止，證實一名本港男子在泰國布吉遇難，而入境處

人員到布吉各間醫院了解後，發現仍有4名港人傷者留醫。

今次亞洲大海嘯是逾一世紀最致命海嘯天災

今次席捲亞洲及東非十多個國家的大海嘯，至今造成接近七萬人死亡，是

超過一個世紀來造成最多人遇難的海嘯天災，對上一次是死傷最嚴重的大

海嘯，發生在１８８３年８月，印尼爪哇的喀拉喀托火山爆發，引發大海

慘重，台北縣代縣長林錫耀今天發起「送愛到南亞」賑災活動。有意捐款民

7038002803，並請指定用途為「南亞賑災」。

檳城救生員發現海浪異樣

馬來西亞在今次海嘯中有六十五人死亡, 雖然其中五十人在檳城遇難, 但當地

酒店業聯會說, 事發當日早上, 其中一間海邊渡假酒店的救生員, 發現海浪有

異常情況, 於是掛起紅旗, 警告泳客不要落水, 又通知其他酒店, 結果酒店區

世紀海嘯災難港府：800多港人仍未能聯絡
(中央社記者盧健輝香港二十九日電)香港保安局發言人今天表示，印尼大地

震引發的大海嘯，肆虐東南亞多個國家和地區，目前至少有八百港人在災區

失去聯絡，當局正透露各種渠道，尋找他們。
