IV. My Personal Development Tips: Top 5 Waus to Relax

Life is tough. It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, we all
have to face many difficult and stressful situations. These situations 
can leave us feeling stressed, worried, angry, confused and
frustrated.

Here are my top 5 ways to help you relax the body and mind.

1. Take a Break.

If you find yoruself stress, stop what you are doing for a minute.
Leave the room, take a walk, have a drink, get some fresh air,
or wash your face.

2. Listen to Relaxing Music.
Music has magical effect on body and mind. You must have the
experience of feeling relaxed and rewinded after listening to a
peaceful music. There are so many different kinds of music
that can relax you. Don't restrict yourself to one single
category.
 
If you like classic music, Bach can be a good choice.

3. Listen to natural Sounds.

Natural sounds are very soothing. The best way is to go near
the nature. Go to beach or countryside. Or you can listen to
recordings of sea wave, streams, thunder, rainfall or bird's
singing on CDs.
 
4. Breath Slowly.
 
Deep breathing can affect our nervious system to kickstart our
body's own relaxation response. Don't use force. Slowly breath
in and out through your nose. Deep breathing doesn't mean
forced breathing. The best way to breath is when others just
can't see you breathing.
 
5. Enjoy a Herbal Tea.
 
When you feel stressed, avoid coffee and tea. They will make
you even more stressed. Why not enjoy a healthy herbal tea?
 
Chamomile is known as a relaxing, comfort tea. Peppermint
is also wonderful to help relieve stress. A combination of
these two herbs makes a delightful drink from day to night.

 
Life can be a struggle. It is up to you to be inside the strugglle
or be relaxed and watch others to struggle.
