Stress can make your life miserable or even can kill you. Stress can make your
performance going down and stress is harmful to both your physical and mental health.
Here are my top 5 ways to live a stress-free life.
1. Take a Deep Breath. When we are under stress we often tense up and hold our
breath. Take several deep breath and exhale slowly. This activates your para-synthepathetic
nervours ssytem and relax you physcially. This also brings in more oxygen and makes your
body and brain functioning at their best.
2. Take a Break. When you stay where you are having stress, you are going to be stressed
continuously. Go out for a tea or a walk. This takes you away from the spot of stress and you
can be instantly de-stressed.

3. Tell Somebody. Call someone you trust and tell him or her what happened. You are not
seeking their advices as their ideas might not be useful. Telling someone in details releases the

4. Eat for Less Stress. A healthy body can withstand more stress. More fresh fruits and

5. Meditate for a Better Health and Mind. It is scientifically proved that meditation can
improve your health and de-stress your life. It can even reverse the negative effects that were

practice meditation. The easiest way to meditate is closing your eyes for 5 minutes in a quiet
