Hi Beth, I know exactly how you feel about being in
the hospital. I was the same way, i hated being
there, the five days would go by so slow, and i hate
to read so i would sit and watch tv, or sleep. I
couldn't stand the food, it was horrible, i would do
the same and tell them not to bring it in because of
the smell.
Truthfully, i've relapsed. So i'm back doing chemo,
but it's out patient. So i don't have to be away from
my wife and son, and the rest of my family.
Just never give up, as much as you want to, because i
know how close death can be, been there to many times,
it matters to everyone else around you that your
there. I found strength in fighting to see my son
grow up, nothing is more important than my family
right now, especially since my wife can't cook or
clean to well, i need to be there for them. Keep up
the spirits and things will get better.
