Re: [Ewings Sarcoma] I want to thank all of you...From our Nikki

Hi Jamie and Karen,
That is fantastic news that this is localized and not
in the bone. Thank God for that. She will feel bad but
this will get better. The kids handle it so much
better. Yes this is a terrible group to have to belong
to but this is where you find your strength and your
hope. I never thought I would need words of wisdom
from people in a support group because I was a strong
person, but this is how I survived my pain going
through it with my 8 year old daughter Caitlin. May
God continue to bless you and your entire family.
Nikki will find her strength in all this. It wasn't
until Caitlin met and talked to an older teenage girl
in the hospital who gave her the fight she needed that
I saw her deal with this disease. Please know all of
us on this website are always here for you even though
we are strangers. We all share a bond that lasts
forever. It is still early for Nikki she has to deal
with the physical part of it right now and then the
emotional part will come and then she will find her
strength.

God Bless
Marybeth (parent of Caitlin Adkins survivor)
