Hello there all I am a mom with a 7 year old girl that has ewing
sarcoma in the spine. She was diagnosed with it in Febuary of this
year. This has been a hard battle to fight but I just hope that I can
be of help to you all and that the information that I read can be of
help to me. My daughters name is Faith and she is one of 6 kids. We
were told that when Faith first diagnosed that 75% of children die
form this cancer and that we had a lot against us in the fact that is
was not in a limb or hip. So I started to do research and found that
there is a cancer center in Houston Tx and we took her there as we
were told that even though she was going through chemo that it had
spread. While there in Houston we got the best news ever that no the
cancer had not spread and the she will make it through this. She will
start radation in September and then our maintence chemo also then she
is a strong girl and is excited to hear the we have a fighting chance.
