Right, tell your onc. Tell your onc everything about any new physical
symptoms that come up from this day forward. You never know what
they'll think is interesting and what is trivial. For example, I
never knew constipation is considered a serious problem if it lasts
more than a couple of days. ES tumors can grow very quickly. During
chemo, they can also shrink very quickly, but that's a ruse - you
still have to get the cells that caused it. A hint about nausea -
take the anti-nausea meds the night BEFORE you start chemo. It'll
help you stay ahead of it. Some of them can make you very sleepy
(decadron) and some people like that, as they just sleep it off. It
might be a problem if you're trying to work, though. Best to you -
