Ewings Clusters?

Is anyone familiar with Ewings clusters? My little brother was diagnosed with
Ewings as were 2 others in their mid-upper 20s that all worked within 10 feet of
each other in London.

The odds that this could occur must be off the charts. I did find one study
that indicated that ionising radation can cause Ewings.

Any info is appreciated.
