I admit,I don't know Greg Kersten personally nor am I a member of
EGALA, but after reading over those documents, two things shocked me.
1) That ANY nonprofit would spend 30,000 smackers (and ? man-hours)
trying to do damage to their founder - with little apparent gain in
sight. Is this a personal issue?
2) That anyone would consider that settlement deal fair or reasonable!?
(The one Lyn T and all tried to force him to agree to)

If I were a member, I would want some major answers - not to mention a
refund of my dues! Who elected those people?
