Equine Stress Control Therapy [ESCT]/PEAT Workshop
Riding after the ESCT/PEAT experience creates a new energy signature
between horse and rider, one that is grounding for both partners.
From this new experiential base, and with continued use of PEAT and
ESCT to reform the ongoing relationship, horse and rider create a
new partnership founded on emotional well-being and unity
consciousness.
ESCT combines eye movement therapy (modified for the horse's vision)
and bilateral body tapping for the horse. ESCT works directly on
the horse's brain to change his spooky or stressed behavior. It
bypasses behavior modification and operant conditioning altogether
and creates a new neural network, lifting the spooky or traumatic
memory out of the horse's memory and replacing it with a positive
experience.
PEAT is a highly effective energy psychology that removes duality
from life's issues, allowing the individual to evolve out of
life's "polarity spin" and creating unified consciousness. PEAT
works on the heart of the horse/rider fear and performance anxiety
issues common to all horsemen and women and to individual fears,
phobias and stresses.
