I had heard that some brands of vitamins are not as pure or good as others.
Have you guys found that to be true or false? If it true, what brands have
worked best for you?
I guess I am going to learn about the ketogenic diet too since you guys speak so
highly of it. But does it cause problems with IBS or Acid Reflux? I get so
sick when I eat meat. Fish and Pork don't bother me but if the ketogenic high
fat is taken from meat I don't think it will work for me will it??
